Q: My registration code does not work. What can I do?
A: Please check software version which you have ordered. Registration code length
is around 176 chars usually. Do not type it manually. Use clipboard to copy and
paste your registration code. If you lose your key and need to re-install the
software, just drop a note to {support@miklsoft.com} (include your registration
details) and we will send the key to you again.

to you again.
Q: How do I register the program?
A: To register the program, you should go to the registration page
(http://www.miklsoft.com/registration.html) and pay for the program. After that, a
message with your registration key will be sent to the mailbox you specify. Then
open the program and click the "Registration" button in the reminder window. You
will see a key input field and a button. Enter your key into this field and click
the button Ok.
Q: Does your software work with Windows Vista?
A: Yes, the latest version of our software works just fine on all flavors of Vista.
Just make sure to install it with Administrator rights when you see the UAC prompt.
Additionally, make sure you run program with administrator rights
(right click on the program shortcut and select run as administrator).
Q: II try to rename a group of files, but only first file is changing, why?
A: When you try to rename more then one file and use only text in template, the program tries to rename all files with only one name, but it is impossible. Windows file system does not support files with the same names, all files in one folder should have unique names. The solution - is select an option which will supply uniqueness names. Most simple to use an option [Counter].
Q: When I copy or move the file to another subdirectory or overwrite an existing file, the creation date is reset to the date I moved the file, in my case, to today's date.
A: When you move, copy or rewrite a file, operational system WIndows considers, that you create it in a new place and set him a new creation time.
