Q: My registration code does not work. What can I do?
A: Please check software version which you have ordered. Registration code length
is around 176 chars usually. Do not type it manually. Use clipboard to copy and
paste your registration code. If you lose your key and need to re-install the
software, just drop a note to {support@miklsoft.com} (include your registration
details) and we will send the key to you again.

A: If you lose your key and need to re-install the software, just drop a note to
support@miklsoft.com (include your registration details) and we will send the key
to you again.
Q: How do I register the program?
A: To register the program, you should go to the registration page
(http://www.miklsoft.com/registration.html) and pay for the program. After that, a
message with your registration key will be sent to the mailbox you specify. Then
open the program and click the "Registration" button in the reminder window. You
will see a key input field and a button. Enter your key into this field and click
the button “Ok”.
Q: Does your software work with Windows Vista?
A: Yes, the latest version of our software works just fine on all flavors of Vista.
Just make sure to install it with Administrator rights when you see the UAC prompt.
Additionally, make sure you run program with administrator rights
(right click on the program shortcut and select run as administrator).
Q: I select a group of files and hit the "rename all"
the only first file is changed, why?
A: When you try to rename more then one file, try to use [Counter] option. The
problem consists that when you try to rename more than one file and expose only
text (for example: New Year Tree), the program tries to rename all files with such
name, and as you probably know in OS Windows all files which taking place in one
folder should have unique names, the decision of a problem consists in selection
of an option which will supply uniqueness of names. Most simple to use an option
[Counter].
Q: When I copy or move the file to another subdirectory or overwrite an existing file, the creation date is reset to the date I moved the file, in my case, to today's date.
A: When you move, copy or rewrite a file, operational system WIndows considers, that you create it in a new place and set him a new creation time.
